Yacht party packages

I’ve been thinking about booking a fishing trip in Dubai, but I’m still torn between going with one of those shared group tours or renting a private charter. I tried shared tours before in other places, and sometimes they were fun, but sometimes it felt too crowded and kind of rushed. I’m curious how it works specifically in Dubai — is private really worth the extra cost, or is it basically the same experience just with fewer people? If anyone’s been on both, I’d really appreciate some honest feedback.

So I’ve actually done both here, and the difference felt bigger than I expected. On a shared trip you usually end up adapting to the group’s vibe — like last time there were two guys who kept asking the captain to change spots every ten minutes, and it made the whole thing chaotic. With a private charter it’s calmer, and the crew usually pays more attention to giving tips, especially if someone in the group hasn’t fished before. When we booked through charterclick.com birthday yacht rental Dubai we ended up with a boat that had just enough space for four people, and the captain let us stay longer near a spot where we were catching a lot of kingfish, which obviously wouldn’t happen on a shared tour. The other benefit for me was having the freedom to start earlier than the default time slots — sunrise fishing is amazing here. I wouldn’t say private is necessary for everyone, but if you want a relaxed rhythm and some control over the plan, it’s worth it.
